greetings workshop.

yeah i used greetings workshop yesterday to make a sweet calendar.
thats not my miracle but i just thought that i would share.

my miracle for today is that my boss let me stay until close.
the girl who normally does my job on sundays was supposed to go to new york so i had to work today and it was kinda good cause there was SO much that had to be done and i know the other girls wont do it. sad but true. annnd even after doing over $6,000 in returns in just 9 hours (literally) i still found time to get everything ready for tomorrow when hopefully the return mania will have slowed down. hooray.
and my miracle for yesterday was that i almost wore shorts to work! that rocks just by itself.

For some reason, working the day after christmas at a nursing home is a loot more low-key than working the return desk at a retail store. i think i re-made a total of 75 tickets tdoay when during any other day i would have probably made 2. literally.
my miracle for today is that nobody tried to pull any scams on me too bad today. i guess thats considered a miracle because it was out of my control (which is how im going to define it for the whole next year) i saw them go thru the other service desk lines, buut i was there for the majority of the day and i didnt see anything huge..(unlike jamie who i might add had someone who looked totally legit try to return a Fossil bag for $179.99 when in reality we sell them for 12.99-29.99 and then continued to argue with her about it) i didnt have the time or the patience today to pretend like it was an honest mistake and that they really weren't trying to steal. puhleez.
BUT thats my miracle. because thats really what it was.

nationwide is for the other side.

so basiclly i go to pay my car insurance bill and they say that my account has been cancelled. so i call them and they say oh. well we dont cover your car.
um cool? that was really neat of the guy to NOT telll methat when i signed up for it through them. so apparently ive been driving without insurance because they ddint send me a letter or anything.
good times.

this is my hair. it was still wet from showering so it doesnt look EXACTLY like tht..but pretty close. oh and marcie i find it realy funny that the 2 paint pictures youve drawn of me have me wearing the ae hoodie with the purple shirt underneath. i have no idea why that outfit comes to mind everytime. weird.

today i was looking on faceboook at trents mission pictures and i had to read the captions to figure out which one he was. hah serrriiously. that was the werid moment of the day.
i went to hollister 2 days ago and bought some khakis. then i tried them on at aeropostale (hollisters fitting rooms are annoying. they are dark and its just a curtain so if you trip from not being able to see feet then the whole thing comes down) and they didnt fit. so i went back and got another size and then got home and they were waayy too long so i went b ack today and they made me sign something saying i would never return anything for the rest of my life.
or at least i think thats what it said.
i still need to post a picture of my hair. i think ill go take one since this is boring anywya.

his name was joe. this is part of his obituary

In later years he enjoyed walking around Wal-Mart and developed many friendships with the Wal-Mart employees. He was also a very good card player, Bridge being one of his favorite games. Joe loved popcorn. During his years in the military, his mother would ship him large bags of popcorn which he popped for local children. Joe also loved little children. He called them "God's creations" and always had a piece of candy for them.

i swear he ALWAYS had candy for me...he calledme his favorite in front of the other servers and the day skylar called me at work he didnt even know what was going on but he sat next to me on my break, gave me like 9867 snicker bars, and made fun of the other people i worked with. He was definitely in the top 3 best people i met in Missouri.

i just got done emailing his family, and they'll probably think its weird but oh well.

i just thought i would share...

now im going to go get my hair dyed...professionaly...for the first time in my life. oh jeez.
